Pastor John Wilkerson
We were with Pastor John Wilkerson at the First Baptist Church of Long Beach on Sunday Evening. Although it had been a long day, we were glad to be with them. We had a wonderful time singing in the English service at 5:00 pm, but it was very special for the pastor to allow us to sing a couple of songs in the Spanish service which followed at 7:00 pm.
Our accommodations in the missionary house were wonderful, and the Bumacod family was so gracious to invite us into their home for dinner on Sunday night and providing lodging for Monday and Tuesday night.
